WELCOME TO THE DIGITAL HOME OF THE
PINEVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY!
The PHA is a thriving, dynamic residential community dedicated to serving elderly, disabled and low-income families throughout the Pineville area. We embrace a holistic vision of residential community development that ensures access to safe, secure and well-maintained housing while simultaneously promoting programming and services that enhance the personal well-being and self-sufficiency of our residents.
Under the early leadership of Executive Director Lee Aaron Bachler and Board Chairman Donald Underwood, the PHA opened its first apartments in 1971 along Big Sugar Road. The PHA expanded in the early 1980s with the development of an additional 10 housing units along West 8th Street and Jesse James Road.
Today, the PHA boasts 30 residential units across two locations, with each location offering a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments.
Our apartments are available to income-eligible individuals and families. If you are interested in seeing if you qualify or are wanting to complete an application to be placed on our waiting list, we invite you to click on the Apply Now button below.
